Yes. An occasional beep means the Smart Buzzer has detected minor power disturbances and your THOR product is protecting as designed.
A continuous alarm means the protection circuit has been exhausted. Replace the unit immediately to maintain surge protection. The product has done its job and stopped a dangerous surge from damaging your connected equipment.
Yes. A faint 50Hz mains hum can occasionally be heard in very quiet environments. This is normal and not a fault with the product.
First, check for overload. If fitted, press the reset button several times. If power is still not restored, contact THOR Support for assistance.
